1. How you earn Daveka Learning Credits

Every Daveka Academy learner receives a unique referral link, for example davekaacademy.com/courses/course-name?ref=YOURCODE.
When a new learner buys a course through your link, you earn 2% of the amount they paid as Daveka Learning Credits.
Learning Credits are not cash, not a direct discount and cannot be withdrawn. They are learning value stored inside your Daveka wallet.
Example: a ₦10,000 course earns ₦200 in Daveka Learning Credits.

Referral rewards are created with a Pending status.
A reward becomes Available only when the payment is successful, the refund period has passed, the transaction is confirmed and no fraudulent activity is detected.
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the pending referral reward is removed.

We review referrals using multiple signals: email verification, phone verification, device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, payment method monitoring and duplicate account detection.
Patterns such as several accounts from one device, artificial self-referrals, accounts with no genuine learning activity or abnormal referral volume are flagged for human review.
Flagging is not a punishment. Accounts are reviewed by a person before any decision is taken, and legitimate sponsors and organizations are never penalised.

Credits are used by generating a course coupon from your dashboard. You must select the course first.
Learning Credits can cover a maximum of 50% of the selected course price. On a ₦100,000 course the largest coupon is ₦50,000 and you pay the remaining ₦50,000.
Generating a coupon reserves that amount from your available balance and locks it to the selected course.

Each learner can generate one coupon per 30-day cycle, counted from the date the coupon is created.
A coupon expires 30 days after it is generated and cannot be reused once expired or used.
Daveka Learning Credits themselves do not expire. If a coupon expires unused, the reserved credits return to your available balance automatically.

When a coupon is applied, payment is verified against the final payable amount after the coupon, not the original course price.
Paystack transaction charges may be added on top of the final payable amount by the payment provider.
Once payment succeeds, course access is activated, the coupon is marked Used, the reserved credits are deducted permanently and your wallet history is updated.

You may gift a generated coupon to another Daveka learner with a verified account.
The coupon stays linked to its course and the recipient must complete the remaining balance.
A coupon cannot be sold, converted back to cash, or transferred more than once.

At checkout you tell us who the payment is for: yourself, a family member, a friend, an organization sponsorship or a scholarship.
Multiple learners paid for from the same payment source are not automatically treated as fraud — parents, employers and sponsors are welcome.
Bulk purchases and sponsorship payments do not generate referral rewards.

Daveka Learning Credits have no cash value and are only redeemable towards Daveka Academy courses.
Credits and coupons are personal to your account except for the one-time gift feature described above.
Daveka Academy may adjust reward percentages, hold periods and coupon limits; changes apply to credits earned after the change.
Abuse of the programme may result in the reversal of affected credits after review.
